Neil Seeman is a former Adjunct Research Fellow at the Fraser Institute and a Toronto public policy lawyer and researcher. He was the founding director of CANSTATS and his special research areas included the judiciary, crime, and public health. He has been a founding member of the editorial board of the National Post, in-house counsel to the National Citizens' Coalition, and a regular contributor to newspapers and periodicals across North America. He earned his law degree from the University of Toronto and his Master's in public health sciences from Harvard.
