Debby Henney teaches Economics ant Mesa Community College in Mesa Arizona. Previously, she served as the Executive Director for the Arizona Council on Economic Education (ACEE). She taught high school economics and social studies courses for 10 years at Highland High School in Gilbert, Arizona. Debbie is also the Curriculum Director for the Foundation for Teaching Economics (FTE) programs: Economics for leaders and Economic Forces in American History. In her work with MCC, ACEE and FTE, she regularly presents workshops, in-service trainings, and week-long residential programs for schools and teachers around the country and throughout Arizona. Debbie is a member of ASET (Arizona Society of Economics Teachers) and NAEE (National Association of Economic Educators) and is currently serving as the President of ACSS (Arizona Council for the Social Studies).
