Bradley Hobbs
Bradley K. Hobbs is a Clinical Professor of Economics at Clemson University. He was previously the BB&T Distinguished Professor of Free Enterprise at Florida Gulf Coast University. Professor Hobbs was invited to Clemson University as the F.A. Hayek Visiting Scholar for the Clemson Institute for the Study of Capitalism on sabbatical in 2013-14. In 2017 he returned to Clemson University full-time in the economics department.
His Ph.D. is from Florida State University and his research interests are wide in range encompassing property rights, economic freedom, economic growth, financial markets, economic and intellectual history, the philosophical foundations of markets, and teaching. He has published in numerous academic journals and in pieces for the engaged public.
